Process of making Beetroot Juice

  • Wash all the ingredients in running water and pat them dry.
  • Peel off the beetroot, carrot, and Apple.
  • Roughly chop all the ingredients (Beetroot, apple, carrot, and gooseberry) into pieces.
  • Now, you can make the juice in 2 ways – First, if you own a juicer, add all the chop ingredients in the juicer and the Beetroot juice will be ready.
  • If you don’t own a juicer, You can make it in a blender.
  • Add all the chopped Ingredients to a blender jar, and add little water so that it can blend smoothly.
  • Now, blend it but don’t grind it continuously. Blend it in pulse mode.
  • After that, take a strainer, underneath keep a bowl.
